The Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) for COSPAR-2021-Hybrid is ICMS Australasia (ICMSA). Our Digital Event Team will implement, manage and execute the complex and comprehensive communications systems that will be employed for COSPAR-2021-Hybrid. We are here to help you every step of the way.
It is not mandatory to you use the programs we have suggested, i.e. Zoom (for recording) and Dropbox (for file transfer). You are welcome to use the program of your choice, but the guidelines and naming convention of your presentation and file remains.

Full Length Presentation FAQs
How long is my full length video?
The length of your full presentation is provided in your acceptance letter. This will be either 15 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes total.
If you are unsure of your presentation length please contact speaker@cospar2021.org
How do I record my video?
You will need a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam. A detailed presentation filming sheet can be found on the COSPAR-2021-Hybrid website at http://cospar2021.org/virtual-presenter-information
Where do I upload my video?
Your video needs to be uploaded directly to YouTube as an ‘Unlisted’ video
What do I do with my video once uploaded?
Once uploaded to YouTube, you will need to copy and paste the URL link to your video into a word doc (or equivalent) and add it into the File Transfer Storage Folder (Dropbox or equivalent) that you have previously shared with us
If this is not possible, or you have not previously shared a folder with us, please e-mail the YouTube link directly to speaker@cospar2021.org, along with your Commission/Scientific Panel Event
